Facility use agreement in the event of a disaster

The feature is a comprehensive disaster agreement, specifically as follows.
(1)　Assuming that not only earthquakes but also heavy rains and abnormal natural phenomena, as well as other than abnormal natural phenomena.
(2)　It can be used as evacuees whose homes have collapsed, temporary accommodation facilities such as people unable to return home, and activity bases in disaster headquarters, Yokohama City (e.g., SDF activity bases), mortuary, and storage of equipment and materials.
(3)　In the event that an earthquake with a seismic intensity of 5 or more occurs in any area of the city, the designated manager will automatically gather, assuming that there was a request from our ward.
(4)　It can be used as a evacuation sites caused by disasters other than Yokohama City.
(5)　If it is determined that urgent action is necessary, cooperate at the designated manager's own discretion.
(6)　Stock up on food, drinking water, toilet packs, etc.
(7)　Designated managers will actively work with citizens and voluntary disaster prevention organizations, etc., and shall endeavor to participate in disaster drill, etc. so that staff can acquire knowledge or skills.
