Yoma ribuin

Yokohama Ribuin is a housing in which Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation and others manage private rental housing constructed with loans from Japan Housing Finance Corporation.

For properties that are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis in vacant houses, those who do not live or work in Yokohama can apply, but they are eligible to move in.
In addition, those who own homes and those who are currently subsidized by the Yokohama Ribuin system cannot apply.

vacant houses is available at any time (first come, first served *), and approximately six months before the month of occupancy (completion).
Application forms are distributed at the ward office 9th floor 93rd Ward Administration Promotion Division and at the administrative service corner.
(* For properties that are fully occupied, we will give priority to moving in by registering a waiting person in vacant houses.)
