 In order to promote smooth and efficient promotion of the matters positioned in the “Totsuka Station Area and Town Development Plan” formulated in FY2018, progress reports on the business, communication coordination between related parties, and each response This is a meeting aimed at exchanging opinions for the realization of measures, and is composed of representatives such as the chairman of the Union Neighborhood in the area around Totsuka Station, related businesses and administrative organizations.

  We reported on ongoing initiatives such as the development of spaces where bicycles can pass, the expansion and maintenance of the Kashio River Health Promotion Course, and plans to reorganize the East Exit Station Square. 

2 Consideration for alleviating traffic congestion around West Exit Totsuka Station [Document 2] (PDF: 1,313KB)
 We reported on the progress of the expansion and redevelopment of the No. 2 bus center to improve the shuttle bus platform, and that we plan to start parking and stopping the Totsuka Station West Exit Station Road from May 2024.

3 About report of result of traffic society experiment around West Exit Totsuka Station [Document 4] (PDF: 566KB)
  We reported the results of a traffic society experiment in which congestion caused by parking and stopping for pick-up was resolved, and the dangerous situation on the station front line (Tozuka Route 519) was improved. We also reported on the policy of implementing traffic safety measures around the station West Exit, based on the results of questionnaires conducted in the same experiment.

  We exchanged opinions with local representatives and related businesses appointed as members of the Liaison Council on the purpose of the Liaison Council and future plans. . 

2. Status of Response Measures
  We reported on progress in our efforts, including the installation of post cones on roads with many illegal parking lots, the widening of roads near the Totsuka Ward government office parking lot, and the development of renewal plans for planting and pavements along the Kashio River. In late February 2020, we also announced a traffic society experiment scheduled to be conducted near West Exit, Totsuka Station.
