Notification of out-of-area study

When enrolling in a national or private elementary or junior high school / If you are already enrolled
New first-year elementary school students, first-year junior high school students, and admission from the middle of the school year
- Please submit a "Notice of Study Abroad" to Family Registry Division Registration Section, Totsuka Ward Office.
- For new first-year elementary school students and first-year junior high school students, mail can also be accepted. (For details, please.Submission of out-of-area study by mailPlease refer to the following URL.
- Please bring your admission consent form or admission permit issued by the principal of the school you are enrolled in.
※If you are enrolling in the middle of the school year, you will need to notify the school you have been enrolled in.
When a person enrolled in a national or private elementary or junior high school moves in from outside of Totsuka Ward
- You will be required to submit a "Notice of Study Abroad" at the same time as Address transfer procedure.
- Please bring something that can prove that you are enrolled (admission consent form, admission permit, copy of student handbook, etc.) when submitting the notification.
