Plenary Session

The plenary session is made up of all members and decides the will of City Counsil. All proposals submitted to the City Counsil and City Counsil's opinions will be ultimately resolved at the plenary session.
Members of the Diet come to the parliament on the day they are convened, and in principle, a meeting is held by the declaration of the chairman when more than half of the members of the Diet are present.
At the plenary session, explanations and questions on the proposed agenda, expressing approvals and dissenting opinions, and voting on whether or not to accept the proposal will be made.
In addition, it is customary for members of the Diet to ask general questions that ask the thoughts of the mayor, etc., about measures of municipal administration in general.
