Chair and Vice Chair

The Chair and Vice-Chair are elected from among the members of the Diet.
The Chair represents the City Counsil and maintains the order of the parliament to run the proceedings smoothly. It is also the chairman's job to coordinate and handle the various tasks of City Counsil.
The Vice-Chair will also perform the duties of the Chair when the Chair cannot perform his duties due to business trips or illness.
