3. Number of participants: Up to 2 persons in each group　※However, if a joint venture is planned, the entire constituent organization will be considered as one organization.

5. How to apply: Please send the application form for participation in the application briefing (word: 31KB) by e-mail (se-siteikanri@city.yokohama.jp).
6. Reception period: Until noon on Thursday, August 20　
7. Belongings: A set of documents related to the public offering, a set of reference materials 2, documents proving that you are a staff member (staff card, business card, etc.)
8. Others: Questions will not be accepted on the day. If you have any questions, please fill out the questionnaire (word: 25KB) (one question per questionnaire) and send it to Seya Ward Office Regional Promotion Division by e-mail (se-siteikanri@city.yokohama.jp). If there are multiple questions, please fill in the serial number after the organization name field on the questionnaire so that you can see how many questions you have asked in total.

• Application for participation will be completed with the receipt confirmation email. If you do not contact us within 2 days after your application, please contact the Seya Ward Regional Promotion Division Residents' Collaboration Promotion Section (045-367-5695).
• Reception is open at 1:30 p.m. At the reception, please submit proof (business cards, etc.) of being a staff member.
• Parking spaces are limited, so please use public transportation if possible.
