Cooling-off system

This is a system in which consumers are unexpectedly solicited unexpectedly and contract unconditionally cancel the contract for a certain period of time, after consumers are unexpectedly solicited unexpectedly, such as door-to-door sales. In principle, the amount paid will be refunded in full.

1. Door-to-door sales and telemarketing sales are within 8 days.
2. In-house and monitor commercial law and MLM are within 20 days.
3. In principle, mail order cannot be cooled off.
4. Some products are not eligible. If consumables (eg, cosmetics) are opened or partially used, only the amount consumed (box or bag) cannot be cooled off.
