Consumer Life Promotion Member System

Member of consumer life promotion is person working on commission from the mayor based on "Yokohama-shi consumer life regulations" aiming at realization of citizen's safe and comfortable consumer life. (Term of office is 2 years, up to 3 years and 6 years)
Everyone recommended by the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations work together as a leader of local consumers, learn about various issues related to daily life, such as prevention of damage to the Malicious Business Law, environmental conservation and recycling, and eating habits.
In Seya Ward, consumer affairs promotion staff cooperate with local Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations to conduct learning sessions on consumer life, public relations and educational activities.
