Costume rental

The Sakae Ward Office rents out costumes for "Sakae Ward Itagawa Mascot Touch-kun" free of charge.
If you want to borrow a costume, please read the "Sakae Ward Hitachikawa Mascot Touch-kun Costume Rental Guidelines", be sure to check the availability by telephone etc. in advance, and bring the loan reservation slip directly to the counter below. Or submit by fax or e-mail.
※Currently, only urethane types are available for rent.

１. Loan period
Within 5 days, including the date of return
※If the loan period overlaps, the loan period will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

２. Main precautions
・In order to use it safely, be sure to check the "Sakae Warditachikawa Mascot Touch-kun Costume Rental Guidelines" and "Touch costume instruction manual".
・It's only a costume. If you enter the costume, please contact the applicant group.　
　[People who can wear]
　　Junior high school students and older (under 18 years old, must obtain the consent of parents and event manager)
　　About 160 to 170cm tall
・Please carry out and carry in the costume on the applicant side. In addition, a car is required for transportation.
・If the damage is intentional or gross negligence, you will be compensated for the damage.
・Avoid wearing people with cold symptoms such as fever or cough, or those who are worried about their physical condition.
・Take sufficient measures against the heat, and avoid long-term continuous use, with a time of 15 minutes. Even if it is less than 15 minutes, be sure to stop wearing it if you feel any unusual condition in your physical condition.
・After wearing, disinfect alcohol, eradicate alcohol and shade in a well-ventilated place using a disinfectant deodorant spray, dry thoroughly, store it in the attached bag and return it.

３. Loans and return
Please come to Sakae Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division Public Relations Section (the 44th floor, 4th floor of the ward office main building).
Reception hours is open from 8:45 to 17:00 on weekdays (New Year holidays and Saturday open days are not allowed).

※Loan terms and conditions
・Do not use exclusively as a mascot for individuals or groups.
・Do not use it for activities such as politics, religion, ideology, or profit.
・Do not violate laws and regulations and public order and morals.
・Do not use it to impair the image of Yokohama City and the Itagawa River.
・Keep away from fire or water.
