If there is a change in the street name and lot number of towns and towns due to land readjustment projects, administrative district reorganization, housing display maintenance projects, etc., many of the public books provided at public offices will be automatically rewritten based on laws and regulations. However, there are some things that cannot be rewritten without an application from the person. The main ones are the main ones.

• Registration of change in ownership of real estate ownership
• Registration of changes in Address
• Changes in vehicle inspection certificate
• Changes to information on driver's license (resident certificate, insurance card is acceptable)
• Changes to Address licensees

Although it is mentioned, a "land name change certificate" is required for this procedure.

You can apply for mail to the Sakae Ward Office if the Address is in Sakae Ward. We cannot apply for "name change certificate of land" of city other wards by mail. Please contact the ward office in charge of the Address.

• The transfer of the city area before the administration of the ward will be handled by the Yokohama City Hall Civic Affairs Bureau Ward Liaison Coordination Section, so it may take a date and time.
• Depending on the content of the application, you may not be able to issue a "land name change certificate".
