When the animal is killed

If your animal dies and cannot be processed by yourself, please contact the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Central Office (tel: 045-621-6952). If you would like individual cremation, please consult Totsuka Saijo (tel: 045-864-7001) or a private pet funeral company.

If your dog has died, notify Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division of death. We also accept reports by telephone contact.

If you are unable to keep your pet for any reason, look for a new owner who will continue to take responsibility at your own risk. There is also a way to consult your veterinary clinic or animal welfare organization.
