For those who have animals such as dogs and cats
Last update date September 12, 2022
To dog owners: Rules and Manners I want to follow
A good relationship by protecting
"Dogs and cats are cute. Everyone likes dogs and cats."
The owner who thinks so.
Is that true?
"I have been bitten." "I'm allergic to animals."
"I am annoyed by neglecting dung and urine."
"I don't know. I want to live quietly…。」
There are many people who are not accepted for a variety of reasons.
Raising dogs and cats in human society, you must follow rules and manners so as not to bother you.
Only if you protect them is an "owner who is qualified to keep dogs and cats".
No. 1: Let's stop free-range animals!
- When taking a walk, be sure to keep the lead (trail).
- In public places such as parks and squares, keep your leads short and keep an eye on your dog.
- It is also important to exercise according to the type of dog and growth status so as not to stress.
- When keeping indoors, be careful not to jump out of doors and windows.
Part 2: Take a walk after cleaning the toilet at home!
It is the owner's responsibility to clean up the dog's dung and pee.
For a walk, let's clean the toilet at home before going.
Parks and roads are not dog restrooms.
Take home the dung that has been outside, and let the pee with water.
Part 3: Don't you like your dog from your neighborhood?
Are you bothering your neighbors with squeals, bad smells (such as feces urine), hair loss, etc.
Let the owner manage it well.
A little attention to the owners' neighbors will lead to the creation of a bright town.
Part 4: If a person bites…
If your dog has harmed your life or body, such as biting a person, notify Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division.
If your dog bites a person, the owner must have a veterinarian examine the dog within two days and be assessed for rabies.
To cat owners
Due to recent changes in housing conditions, the situation surrounding cats has also changed.
In the past, cats were free to go outside freely, but recently complaints such as dung and urine damage and damage to cars have increased, and it is often the case that they often develop into trouble between neighbors.
Follow the rules and keep it.
Cats that go outdoors can also be at risk of traffic accidents and disease infections from other cats.
It is recommended that you keep it indoors as much as possible.
Also, wear a collar or bell ribbon so that you can identify it as a domestic cat.
If you take your cat outside, be sure to excrete at your home so that you do not excrete nearby and disturb.
For those who feed cats outdoors
I have to do infertility or castration surgery
Please be responsible not to disturb the neighborhood due to cat leftovers or excrement.
If you feed, you need the same responsibility as love.
- Don't make other people's land a feeding ground.
- Don't leave the food and clean up the leftover food.
- Let's get rid of dung and urine immediately. Create a toilet for urine on your premises or in a place where you can get the consent of the land manager.
- Communicating well with your neighbors and gain an understanding.
- Let's have sterilization and neutering so as not to increase unhappy cats without owners.
