About grant reservation of my number card

★You need to make an appointment to receive your My Number card. If you don't have a reservation, you can't.★
For those who have applied for a My Number Card (Personal Number Card), we will send you a letter of delivery (reservation guide postcard) by mail as soon as the card inspection work is completed and you are ready to hand it over.
When youMinami Ward City Hall 7th floor, please come directly to the My Number Card Temporary Grant Window after making a reservation for the date and time of receipt when you receive the delivery notice. (Please fill in the answer sheet of the delivery notice in advance.)

How to make reservations, etc.

Please make a reservation in the Yokohama City My Number Card Reservation System (outside site). (Open 24 hours except during system maintenance)
Reservations are accepted until September 30, 2021. (We will inform you separately after October 1, 2021.)
Reservations are accepted until 8:30 am the day before the next agency's desired date.
 If you would like to make a telephone reservation, please contact the following dedicated dial.
