Areas along Tokyu Denen City

From June 2011, Tokyu Co., Ltd. held a “Surrounding Residential Area Study Group” with Tokyu Corporation to discuss issues in suburban residential areas, including lectures and discussions by experts.
Based on this progress, in April 2012, we concluded a comprehensive agreement on the promotion of "next-generation suburban town development" along the Denentoshi Line, and in June, "Aoba Ward Tama Plaza Station north side district (Mishigaoka, Aoba-ku 1-chome) was selected.

Based on the workshops of citizen participation conducted in the model district from October 2012, and the examination of the various living infrastructure study groups in which academics, local stakeholders, and private businesses participated, June 2013 In June, we formulated the "Basic Concept for Town Development for Next-Generation Suburban Development 2013-Town Development Vision in Model Areas along the Tokyu Denentoshi Line-"

We will expand our efforts to leverage the know-how and achievements we have cultivated so far to the entire Denentoshi Line in the northern part of Yokohama City to further revitalize suburban residential areas by expanding our efforts to make use of the know-how and achievements we have cultivated so far across the Denentoshi Line in the northern part of Yokohama City.
