Inheritance tax and gift tax on farmland may be deferred.
（１） Certificate of Eligibility for Tax Deferral…This is required when you first receive a tax deferral of inheritance tax and gift tax.
（２） Proof of continuing agricultural management…You will need it every three years after it is applied.
