Mizuta conservation Promotion Project
This business is a system that pays incentives under certain conditions for paddy field owners in the city based on the "Yokohama Green Up Plan".

Purpose of the System
In Yokohama-shi, we utilize Yokohama green tax for a part of financial resources to stop green decrease and pass on "green town Yokohama" to the next generation and promote "Yokohama green up plan" . Based on this plan, in order to preserve paddy fields with various functions, such as the formation of a good agricultural landscape and biodiversity conservation, we are implementing the “Rice conservation Encouragement Project” to provide incentives to paddy field owners on condition that paddy rice planting will continue for 10 years.

Target person
Those who own a paddy field in Yokohama City and intend to make rice for the next 10 years
Conditions for granting incentives
Rice was planted in paddy fields
Encouragement amount
30 yen per m2 of paddy field where rice is planted (eg, 30,000 yen for 10a rice field)
※Fractions less than 1 m2 will be rounded down.
Others
- Please manage the paddy fields well.
- If you cannot continue paddy field cultivation for any reason, please consult with the agricultural administration office immediately.

※A copy (copy) of the 2024 tax statement, name book, and all matters certificate (registered copy)
●Letter of consent of the owner other than the representative (application form)
※Only paddy fields under the common name. If there is a lot number of the paddy field, the name of the co-owner, Address, and seal, the form of the consent form does not matter.
