Rental of audiovisual materials

In order to promote enlightenment of traffic safety awareness, we rent DVDs etc. for staff of city public offices and public organizations, members of each group in the city, and workers at city offices.
The list of audiovisual materials is as follows.
Please read the following "Request for Use" and "Traffic Safety Audiovisual Teaching Material Usage Guidelines" carefully before using.

DVD (DA) for infants, elementary school students, junior high school students and high school students
DVD for the general public (DB)
DVD for the elderly (DC)

Please decide up to two DVD numbers you want to borrow and then make a reservation by phone.
In principle, the loan period is one week.

As a general rule, in the case of lending or returning, please come to this section directly.
In order to prevent damage, etc., we ask this section to return it, but if the next agency is difficult, return by mail is possible on a trial basis.
However, since it is expensive, you may have to pay for it if it is damaged.
Please borrow and return video software etc. from Monday to Friday (8:45-17: 15).
In addition, please submit a usage report at the time of return.
If you wish to return it by mail, be sure to check with the person in charge when borrowing.

１．You can specify the date and time according to the return date.
２．There is a postal tracking service, which reduces the risk of loss.
３．There is a delivery notification service, and you can see that it was certainly returned.
４．There is damage compensation, and the actual loss (up to 300,000 yen) will be compensated.
