※Due to the revision of the Local Tax Law, etc., from June 1, 2019, we have not sent return items for donations from residents of Yokohama City to Motoichi.

※We do not accept applications by postal mail.
※If you receive a donation from a person living in Yokohama City or a corporation or group, we will not send return items, so please apply because we will donate "nothing thank you item" on the following page.

As soon as you confirm your donation application, the section in charge will send you a payment slip (transfer form). Please apply at the designated financial institution (bank, Japan Post Bank, etc.).
