Based on regulations of Environmental Basic Law (1993 law No. 91) Article 16 Paragraph 2, we appoint area to apply 1 type of the (1975 Environmental Agency notification No. 46) first to about standard to affect the Bullet train noise in conditions on environment affecting the noise as follows.

From centerline (orbit centerline says line in equidistance.) of track of the main line of section (section of Benten-yama Tunnel, Fudoyama Tunnel, henura tunnel, Mt. Nango tunnel and Shirohori tunnel is excluded.) of Tokaido Shinkansen area (remove specialized industrial zone to prescribe for law No. 100) Article 8 Paragraph 1 first in river area to prescribe in law No. 167) Article 6 Paragraph 1 in River Act (1964 and Town Planning and Zoning Act (1968.) within 400 meters (distance to advocate to bridge riyono tip niatsuteha to advocate to each next issue, each issue concerned)
