1 standard value assumes the annual mean.
But, about the standard value to affect all cyan, we assume high.
When we measure 2 by method to advocate in column of method for measurement that "do not be detected", we call that the result is less than fixed-quantity limit of the method concerned.
About 3 sea areas, the standard value of "fluorine" and "boron" does not apply.
We do conversion factor 0.3045 with the sum of thing which took advantage to density of nitric acid-related ion measured by 43.1 of standard K0102 that the density of 4 nitric acid-related nitrogen and nitric acid-related nitrogen multiplied conversion factor 0.2259 by density of nitric acid-related ion measured by 43.2.1, 43.2.3 of standard K0102 or 43.2.5.
We intend for all 5 public waters and groundwater.
Achievement of 6 period : We are accomplished after the setting promptly and shall try to be maintained.

In the river in two, other rivers are E types with D type section than Toriyama River junction of the Tsurumi River of upper reaches and whole Sakai River.
