Environmental standard to affect water pollution of groundwater

In this page, we speak the Environmental Agency notification that determined environmental standard of water pollution of groundwater based on Environmental Basic Law.

In conditions on environment affecting water pollution based on regulations of Environmental Basic Law (1993 law No. 91) Article 16, we notify about environmental standard to affect water pollution of groundwater as follows.
It does as follows during desirable standard (it says "environmental standard" as follows.) and the achievement period to maintain in protecting a person's health about condition on environment affecting water pollution of groundwater by Environmental Basic Law Article 16 Paragraph 1.

The first environmental standard
We do environmental standard with just what to raise in column of the standard value of the table about all groundwater for each item to advocate in column of item of separate table.
Method for measurement of the quality of the water of the second groundwater
When we measure the quality of the water of groundwater to investigate the achievement situation of environmental standard, we decide to note the next matter.
(1) Method for measurement assumes just what to advocate in column of method for measurement of separate table.
(2) We shall perform conduct of the measurement in consideration for the flow situation of groundwater in the place admitted that we can grasp the situation of water pollution of groundwater modifying the item concerned precisely for each item to advocate in column of item of separate table.

The achievement period of the third environmental standard
Environmental standard is accomplished after the setting promptly and shall try to be maintained (but pollution removes case admitted that thing by natural cause is clear exclusively.) .
Review of the fourth environmental standard
It is decided that environmental standard revises by next appropriately.

Remarks
1 standard value assumes the annual mean. But, about the standard value to affect all cyan, we assume high.
When we measure 2 by method to advocate in column of method for measurement that "do not be detected", we call that the result is less than fixed-quantity limit of the method concerned.
We do conversion factor 0.3045 with the sum of thing which took advantage to density of nitric acid ion which was measured by standard 43.1 that the density of 3 nitric acid-related nitrogen and nitric acid-related nitrogen multiplied conversion factor 0.2259 by density of nitric acid ion measured by 43.2.1, 43.2.3, 43.2.5 of standard K0102 or 43.2.6.
We do the density of 4 1,2-dichloroethylene with the sum of density of trance body measured by density of cis health measured by 5.1, 5.2 of standard K0125 or 5.3.2 and 5.1, 5.2 of standard K0125 or 5.3.1.
