Article 10 (volatile oil standard)

Light oil distributor must not sell thing which establishes in Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry ordinance as standard of light oil, and does not adapt to (say "light oil standard" as follows.) to consumers as light oil (it is oil products which we can use for use same as light oil and includes thing establishing in Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry ordinance.) for fuel of car.
