Free development support for pre-school children with disabilities

From October 1, 2019, users will be free of charge for services such as elementary school student Children with Preschool Children will be free of charge from October 1, 2019.

No procedures are required for free facilities for children with disabilities.
(You can continue to use your beneficiary ID card until the deadline.)

Target period

Three years from April 1, the first time a child is three years old

Procedures

・For use after October 1, 2019, the co-payments paid by parents to business establishments will be free of charge.
・No procedures are required for free facilities for children with disabilities.
 (You can continue to use your beneficiary ID card until the deadline.)
・In the future, when renewing the beneficiary ID, etc., we plan to print the period for free of charge.

Other precautions

・Municipal tax-exempt households are already free of charge.
・You will continue to pay for non-user expenses (current expenses such as medical expenses City will continue to be paid.
・If you use both kindergartens, nursery schools, certified children's schools, etc. and the above services, both are eligible for free of charge.
・Due to the revision of the national system, facilities for children with disabilities outside the city are also eligible for free of charge.
