(3) It is inner (April 1 - next year end of February ※) and can perform the furtherance application only once in the year (please confirm in the handling organization in deadline for ※ deadline)
(4) When we support, and Yokohama-shi is decided, "the furtherance decision notification" and "the furtherance ticket" are issued through the handling organization by applicant.
(5) Applicant submits "the furtherance ticket" (you fill in the receipt date and signature and seal with receipt stamp) to appliance making supplier and pays self-contribution, and please receive appliance.

(1) As you may not be doing the handling of Yokohama-shi training, assistance appliance subsidy program depending on supplier, please confirm to supplier of the purchase plan before application by all means.
(2) Because it is necessary to make decision of the furtherance before it reaches 18 years old, please apply in easy schedule (please apply at least three weeks before 18 years old birthday).
