＊We name child-care facility which does not receive the authorization of the metropolis and districts (the mayor) generally (we are concerned, and there is not having public money furtherance or not).
＊We include thing to perform at home of childminder, small number thing.
Facility where is targeted for 1 instruction supervision
All child-care facilities out of the authorization become a target of instruction supervision. It is necessary for the child-care facility instruction supervision standard and Fire Services Act, food hygiene law out of the authorization to observe laws and ordinances concerned.
Facility where is targeted for 2 setting reports
By the number of infants raising, setting report may become not intended.
But report is necessary for case or article that so cannot confirm with article or brochure definitely even if we do not raise infants (including elementary school studenｔ of temporary childcare) targeted for report when there is mention when we may raise infants targeted for report as the actual situation more than one on day.
In addition, please inform Children and Families Support Division of ward office to install facility in of open as you are obliged to carry out receiving on-site inspection and submission of administration situation report even if it is facility excluding report.
