Submission of Salary Payment Report for FY2021 (2020)

How to describe the payroll report

If there is a change (Retirement, etc., if the relevant person is transferred after submitting the salary payment report

 If you no longer pay salaries to employees due to reasons such as Retirement or leave of absence, please submit a “Salary Income Transfer registration form of Change in Salary Income.

(1) When an employee who submitted a salary payment report for fiscal 2021 to Yokohama retires, etc.
 If an employee who has submitted a salary payment report for fiscal 2021 to Yokohama City who has not been subject to municipal tax and prefectural tax in fiscal 2020 in Yokohama City retires, `` Salary income pertaining to salary payment report Transfer registration form, 2021. (2) When an employee who collects municipal tax and prefectural tax from monthly salary retires, etc.

- Never use staples. Please use clips or rubber bands.
