Proof of earthquake-resistant repair Receiving proof as thing adapting to current earthquake-resistant standard by any of the following person
Oh, The Mayor of Yokohama (charge: Housing and Architecture Bureau architecture Disaster Prevention Section)
i authorized architect
Cormorant-designated confirmation inspection engine
Submission of report Declare in located ward office Tax Division of the house concerned within three months from earthquake-resistant repair work completion day

Procedure for report

After the completion of earthquake-resistant repair work, please declare to Director General of ward where the house concerned is located within three months.

Receive assistance by "supporting business such as Yokohama-shi special-use building earthquake proofing repair" or "Yokohama-shi apartment earthquake proofing repair promotion business"
When we need, as a general rule, as for other case, authorized architect or designated confirmation inspection engine issues certification City of Yokohama, Housing and Architecture Bureau.
In addition, application is necessary about issuance of proof. For more details, please refer to each proof organization or demonstrator.


(3) Documents (supporting amount of money decision notification) which can confirm that we receive assistance to government
