News to person who used electronic certificate of Basic Resident Register card

With start of social security, tax number system, procedure to store away electronic certificate of public personal identification service to Basic Resident Register card on December 22, 2015 was finished, and grant (as for the fee of the first grant, free for the time being) of my number card equipped with electronic certificate as standard equipment from January, 2016 began.
As electronic certificate stored by Basic Resident Register card lapses all on December 21, 2018, please apply for my number card when electronic certificate is used. In addition, please file with room as my number card takes from one month to around two months before grant from application.
