  • Family register proves kinsmanship of Japanese citizen. Child whom he has the same as couple and the couple is made as unit.
  • Relation or spouse relations with the personal full name, date of birth, parents are recorded.
  • Of family register is called permanent address when is placed.

Until Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
From second fourth Saturday 9:00 a.m. to noon
※It is rest agency for Sundays and holidays, New Year holidays.

You match with death registration/death notification form , and please submit cremation permission application to cremate.
※When you finish cremation, death registration/death notification form is reported.
