The Address Change "Notice" mailed in late September will serve as a certificate for Address's change procedure.
If the number is insufficient or if you are under 16 years old and need a certificate, please contact the Family Registry Division Registration Section Izumi Ward Office (202nd floor on the 2nd floor) after Monday, October 22nd (free) Please request.

The permanent domicile Correction Notice will be mailed to the leader of family register after October 22 to inform you of changes to permanent domicile.
This certificate is used for changing permanent domicile, such as rewriting the permanent domicile column of your driver's license.
