1st term (1st time, 2nd time, additional) (including remedies)

・When the Mother and Child Health Handbook is issued in Yokohama
 →It is spelled out in "separate volume" or "Vaccinations spelling" handed when the Mother and Child Health Handbook was issued.

Current State
