When doctors diagnose symptoms seen in "Reporting Standards", "Vaccinations post-reaction suspected report (attached form 1)" (PDF: 520KB)
Alternatively, fill out required items in a form (*) created by a post-Vaccinations National Institute of Infectious Diseases) to fill out the form (*).
Please report directly to the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) by fax.
At the same time, please fax to the Yokohama Health and Safety Division.

Based on the recommendation of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (external site), we do not currently actively recommend vaccination for cervical cancer prevention vaccine (HPV).
※Information on vaccinations for first-year junior high school students is postponed based on the recommendations of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.

Regarding precautions for vaccination with HPV vaccine,
Reef Fret "To medical staff" and "Attachment materials" prepared by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare are posted.
Be sure to check before vaccination with the HPV vaccine.

If you are considering vaccination or wish to receive the vaccination, please give the following leaflet.
