Payment methodFor those who applied by the payment base date (November 1), check the current status of eligibility and transfer it to the designated bank account.

TargetsThose who have received the A-bomb survivor's health handbook and live in the city and wish to subsidize medical expenses
GrantsSubsidies are provided up to 3,000 yen per month for expenses required for recuperation of acupuncture, kyu, and massage, regardless of employee health insurance, etc.
How to applyWe accept grant application in Health and Welfare Center or Health and Social Welfare Bureau will accept grant applications (mailing is also possible).

2 Subsidies for A-bomb survivors' children's medical expenses (Target: Children of A-bomb survivors (Persons who have a certificate of child physical checkup)
TargetsA real child of a person who has been issued a A-bomb survivor's health handbook, who lives in a city and has been issued a "A-bomb survivor's child physical checkup consultation certificate" issued by Kanagawa Prefecture.

Target diseasesDiseases with disabilities stipulated in Article 51 of the Enforcement Regulations on Assistance for Atomic Bomb Survivors (corresponding to any of the following) are eligible.
1 hematopoietic dysfunction
Anemia, leukemia, bleeding cause, purpura, thrombocytopenia, etc.
2 Liver dysfunction
cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis (excluding alcoal), etc.
3. Cell growth dysfunction
malignant neoplasm, bone marrow leukemia, etc.
4 Intraurology dysfunction
Diabetes (excluding urea, bronze diabetes and nephropathy), abnormal thyroid function, abnormal ovarian function, abnormal testicular function, etc.
5 Cerebrovascular disorders
subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism, etc.
6 Cardiovascular dysfunction
Hypertension and chronic ischemic heart disease
7 Kidney dysfunction
Chronic nephritis, nephro-ze syndrome (excluding those that occurred during pregnancy or postpartum, those associated with miscarriage, and urinary nephro-ze (acute), etc.
8 Impairment dysfunction due to crystal congestion
Only cataracts (excluding congenital and diabetic)
9 Respiratory dysfunction
Acute emphysema and other chronic interstrual pneumonia (excluding acute or unknown parotena)
10 Exercise equipment dysfunction
Osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, osteoporosis, etc.
11 Gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by ulcers

Excluded diseasesThe following diseases are not covered.
1 Diseases caused by infectious diseases and infectious diseases

Expenses coveredIf you are treated for a target disease, we will support medical expenses City, which should be borne by you in accordance with employee health insurance and outpatient medical expenses is treated for the target disease. (Subsidized up to 2,750 yen per copy for medical certificate and 1,100 yen per copy for medical expenses certificate)

・We support period to be Yokohama citizen after grant date of "child physical checkuped date of grant, we will support the period of being a Yokohama citizen.
・As a general rule, medical expenses City in principle is applicable, and the application (request) deadline is until the end of April of the following year.
