About full payment of old age basic pension

The government will provide a lump-sum payment to Chinese nationals remaining in China who meet all of the following requirements, and the government will pay the unpaid portion of National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin)'s insurance premiums on behalf of Chinese nationals remaining in China. You can receive a full retirement basic pension. If insurance premiums have already been contributed, the amount will be paid as a lump-sum payment to Japanese nationals remaining in China.
