About the fourth person with a disability plan

Yokohama City formulated a medium- and long-term plan for disability welfare measures (hereinafter referred to as “plan”) in FY2004. After that, we formulated the “Second Plan” in FY2009 and the “Third Plan” in FY2015, and have been promoting measures from the perspective of building a society where people with disabilities can make their own choices and decisions. .
The 4th plan was formulated with a plan period from FY2021 to FY2026.

We have published the 4th plan.
The booklet will be published after June 2021. It will be distributed at each ward office and citizen information center.

About conduct result of public comment about draft of the fourth Yokohama-shi person with a disability plan

Public comments were made from September to October 2020 to formulate the 4th plan.
We received a total of 820 opinions from 146 people, and compiled the contents of public comments and the way of thinking as a city.
We make corrections based on opinions that we had and devise plan.

In formulating the 4th Yokohama City Plan for Persons with Disabilities, we conducted a questionnaire survey to understand the current situation and needs of people with disabilities, such as living.

Outline of Implementation

(1) Surveys

As of December 1, 2019, those who have a certificate of the physically disabled, those who have a notebook of love, those who have a certificate of health and welfare for the mentally handicapped, and the welfare of the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act Patients with diseases subject to the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act "
