The Yokohama City Call Center is a window that provides information on various procedures and window guidance at the ward office and city hall, as well as inquiries such as city facilities, event information, and municipal traffic guidance.
•In the case of personal information or professional inquiries, we may provide guidance to the department in charge or hand over to the department in charge.
•If you contact us by phone during the closing hours of the city hall or ward office (5:15 pm to 8:45 the next morning), you may be asked to call the Hours belt depending on the content.

Protection of Personal Information

In principle, we will not use personal information inside the city or provide it outside the city beyond the scope of the purpose of use. For information on the protection of personal information (privacy policy), please see Civic Affairs Bureau's "Summary of the City Personal Information Protection System".

Precautions for Use

As a general rule, opinions received will be answered by the 10th opening date, starting from the day after the reception date.

  • Please fill in the contents as specific as possible. (Subway, bus, date and time, location, etc.)
  • If you would like an answer, please fill in one of the "email address", "Address (name is also required)" or "Phone number (name is also required)" as a means of contact.
  • It will be accepted on the opening day of the office. Proposals and requests received on Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and holidays during the year-end and New Year holidays will be accepted on the next open agency day.
  • Please contact us if you want to convert all or part of the answer from Transportation Bureau.
  • Depending on the email reception settings (such as domain specification), you may not receive an answer. Please make it possible to receive city.yokohama.jp.
  • We do not disclose the details of the inquiry or the responses from Transportation Bureau.
