One Nagatani Tenman-gu Shrine

There is Nagatani Tenman-gu Shrine (map 2) appointed on Yokohama-shi area historic spot in 1991 when we go (map 1) along Nagatani river branch towards green deep hill seen in the northwest of municipal management subway line Kami-Nagaya Station. Book body says one of "Japanese three body Tenman-gu Shrine" in sonzazo of 1 sun of eight minutes called product of Michizane Sugawara. When Prince Michizane Sugawara was washed away to Dazaifu, Fukuoka according to "forming anew Sagami" in 902 (Engi 2) of the 60th Emperor Daigo, three bodies engrave figure which reflected on mirror by oneself and are said to have given sugeharashusai*mo of five men one body, and it is said that, moreover, devolution was considered to be to Kingo Uesugi from the Sugawara head of the clan to Michinaga Fujiwara as for the sacred image afterwards.
It is said that we build Tenman-gu Shrine, and ryoshujosugikeibudaihofujiharajokoku where we made castle to Nagatani in February, 1493 (Meio 2) enshrined the sacred image on this ground by divine message of oracle dream. Two other bodies are worshiped in Haji village Domyoji of Osaka that is Anrakuji of Dazaifu, Fukuoka that is cemetery of Michizane Sugawara and place of Sugawara outbreak. sugeharashusai*mo was person as it was said to be scholar of parent and child two generations, but it becomes the body of banishment to an island with the downfall of father and is informed by this grassy ground, heart of a mountain of Sagami country Nagatani village as we did confinement.
When we go ahead through approach to a shrine of stone spread all and reach stone stairway, aged cedars do not grow thick, and there is crab old main hall and there are many votive tablets of entrance examination pass prayer beside front shrine and is hung. Furthermore, kanshutsuka (map 3) is informed by the highest place of mountain behind even if there is and buried hair of the deceased of Sugawara bright person even if we buried again favorite brush.
