The 25th Kohoku Ward Petanque Tournament was held.

Petanque is a simple French-born sport in which you throw or roll a metal ball and compete to get closer to the target ball. The Kohoku Ward Sports Promotion Committee Liaison Council is engaged in promotion activities as a lifelong sport that anyone can enjoy regardless of age.

※This year, the scale will be reduced to prevent infectious diseases, and please refrain from eating around the venue.
※Representatives of each team must complete the reception during Reception hours.

Tsurumi River Tarumachi Park (2-753 Tarumachi, Kohoku-ku, Kohoku-ku)
　※There is no parking lot at the venue. Please refrain from coming by car and use public transportation.

Those who are at least 3rd grade elementary school and who live, work or attend school in Kohoku Ward (one of three are acceptable if there is a resident, working, or studying in the ward).

One team should be three players, one of which should be registered as representatives.
In addition, please register one referee from players (including representative) or players other than players.
　※One sports promotion committee member will support the referee on each court.

（１） We are looking for 48 teams for general participation.
（２） The team name is limited to 9 characters, and no change in the team name on the day will not be accepted.
（３） In the case of a large number of applications, it will be a lottery. The result of the lottery will be notified by Friday, October 9 regardless of whether they have won.
　　　※The organizer will draw lots in consideration of all districts to participate.

（１） The ranking will be determined from 1st to 3rd or 4th place depending on the qualifying (total robin) and final tournament.
（２） In the qualifying league and the final tournament, the winner will be determined by 11 points ahead or scored within the competition time (within 20 minutes).
（３） In the case of tie, one team representative will decide on one ball. However, only the final match will be extended by one Maine, and even the same.
　　　In the case, it will be decided by one ball of each representative.
（４） If the competition time is over and on the way, all pitch will be thrown.
（５） Only the first game of each team can practice two throws per person.
（６） Except for the rules set by the organizer of this tournament, the referee shall judge the judgment.

（１） Rules shall be in accordance with the competition rules (Kohoku Ward Rules).
（２） During the competition, only athletes will be allowed to enter the court.

It will be decided by the organizer. (announced on the day)

(1) For the participants of this tournament, the organizer will take out sports insurance but will not be liable for any other responsibility.
(2) The participation of minors shall be obtained by the parental consent.
(3) Substitute players will not be registered, but members can be changed only at the time of reception on the day.
(4) From the viewpoint of preventing the spread of infectious diseases, the tournament may be canceled in advance.
(5) For infectious disease prevention measures, please fill out the checklist for participating in the tournament to be sent at a later date and submit it at the reception on the day.
(6) If the tournament is canceled due to rain, etc., it will be announced on the Kohoku Ward Office website by 7:00 a.m. on the day. Please check it.

(7) If you have to abstain, be sure to contact [Application / Contact] one week in advance.
(8) Participation fee will not be refunded in the event of cancellation due to rain or abstention will be applied to the expenses for preparing the tournament. Thank you for your understanding.
(9) Please bring your garbage with you.
(10) Please use the equipment prepared by the organizer.
(11) There is no parking lot at the venue. Please refrain from coming to the venue by car.
(12) The venue is a park, so please do not use fire.
(13) Smoking is prohibited on the day of the event.
(14) The personal information submitted at the time of application will be managed by the ward officials of the Games Secretariat and the tournament officials of the Kohoku Ward Sports Promotion Committee.
