 Due to the effects of the heavy rain disaster and the fallen trees and landslides caused by Typhoon No. 15 on September 3, 2019, the traffic of Choi Nagiri-dori (from the city road Asahina 237 to the boundary with Kamakura City) is closed. You. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 Road enlightenment was carried out in April 2020, but during heavy rain on April 18, landslides occurred from the adjacent cliff, and falling rocks occurred even in the rain that continued from late June. The situation continues today, and opening is undecided. We will let you know as soon as it opens.

 In addition, since Asahi Nagiri-dori is a nationally designated historic site, including adjacent cliffs, Board of Education Secretariat-dori, including the adjacent cliffs, is a nationally designated historic site. At present, we are considering a survey for measures from the viewpoint of ensuring safety and preserving cultural properties, so please check with the Lifelong Learning Cultural Properties Division (Phone: 045-671-3284) for inquiries.
