Eligible participants
Up to 20 players can register up to 20 players, coaches (adults) (even if they live outside the ward, up to 2 people who are enrolled in a team can register for up to 2 people)
Application
Please fill out the prescribed application form by Friday, July 5 to Thursday, July 18, and apply by e-mail, mail, or fax to the following application / contact information. The application form can be placed at the application / contact window or downloaded from the following.
※Supervisory Meeting: Monday, July 22 18:00 @ City Office, 5th floor, 1st meeting room
The coach or responsible person will be given the combination and game precautions on the day, so be sure to attend the coach or responsible person. If you do not attend, you will be deemed abstained.
