About group registration (about documents)

In order to promote the voluntary public interest activities and lifelong learning of Kanazawa residents, this is a system to register and support citizens' public interest activities and lifelong learning groups working in Kanazawa Ward are registered in Kanazawa Ward.

All of the following requirements must be met. Please refer to the attached document.

1. It is not intended for politics, religion or profit.
2. Activities are being carried out on a voluntary basis.
3. It must not be a mutual aid activity within a companion.
4. It is not an activity performed for a particular individual or organization.

Please attach the following documents to the Kanazawa Residents' Activities Center "Registration Group" registration application (distributed at Kanazawa inhabitant of a ward activity center) and submit it.

1. Articles of Incorporation (if not prepared, bylaws or similar documents)
2. List of Officers
3. Activity report for the last year (if not prepared, documents that show the details of the activity if not prepared)
4. Financial Statements for the most recent term (only if prepared)
5. A copy of a document that can prove the identity of the organization.

If it is found that the registration requirements are met, you will be registered as a registered organization. In addition, we issue "use registration certificate" to use inhabitant of a ward activity center. Please be sure to bring it with you when you use the activity center.

3 years from the registration date (can be renewed, information will be announced at the time of renewal)
In the case of registration after the regular renewal date, until the next regular renewal date.

1. Except for personal information, the registered contents will be made public in principle. If there is a referral request, we will notify the client of the method of contact in exchange for the client's contact information only if we have confirmed that we will respond to the request.
2. If you change the registration, withdrawal of registration, or no longer meet the registration requirements, please contact us immediately.

1. If you would like to introduce a registered organization, apply directly or by telephone (788-7803) to the Kanazawa Residents' Activities Center.
2. Introduction of registered organizations that matched the client's content
3. Requests from Kanazawa Residents' Activities Center to registered organizations
4. Negotiations between the registered organization and the client regarding details, venue, etc.
5. When negotiations are completed and the project is decided, contact the Kanazawa Residents' Activities Center to that effect and submit a referral request application
6. When the project is completed, the client submits the referral business end report, and the registered organization that receives the request submits the activity report to the Kanazawa Residents' Activities Center.
