In order to eliminate littering of garbage and make the city clean, it is essential not only to crack down, but also to improve the manners of each person. We think that it leads to improvement of manners by seeing many inhabitants of a ward sweating on forehead and working on cleaning beautification activity.
On the day of the event, Mr. Yasuhiko Okudera, the first professional soccer player in Japan and professional soccer team, Mr. Yasuhiko Okudera, also participated and worked hard on cleaning beautification activities with many participants.

One littering becomes a lot of littering and eventually leads to illegal dumping. Leaving one bicycle increases the number of abandoned bicycles. In that case, the local environment will deteriorate, making it a city where crime is likely to occur. Cleaning beautification activities are not only important to beautify the environment of the town, but also to anti-crime program. I think a beautiful city is an indication of the fact that the people who live there are interest in the city.
