Last update date November 27, 2018

B-SKY-FES 2015 was held.

On February 28, B-SKY-FES was held in public hall, Kanagawa, a festival of performances such as bands, music and dance performances by young people from Kanagawa Ward. The name "B-SKY" is a combination of the acronyms Band, Dance, Performance B, Youth, Smile, Sound S, K in Kanagawa, and Yokohama Youth Y.
"B-SKY" is a place for young people to show off band activities and dances that they are voluntarily working on in various situations. It is an event aimed at healthy youth development.
This event was planned and operated mainly by people involved in the “GROVE”, a place for young people in the area working at the Kandaiji District Center, and developed it into youth activities throughout the city. This is the third time.
This year, 150 young people from 16 groups living, attending school, and working in the city, performed. The stage is set up and operated by the executive committee consisting of local people and the performers themselves, and are handcrafted by the Kanagawa Ward's "local power."

"Ko-sei" was awarded the 3rd place in the creative and arrangement section in the creative performance of the 64th Helen Keller Memorial Music Competition held last November.

Looking at the lively young people, I think that many people at the venue could have gained energy and courage. I think "B-SKY-FES" will be held next year. You may get a lot of energy from young people, so if you have the opportunity to come and see the best performance of your youth.
