Last update date February 18, 2019

Saturday, June 14, it is "Kanagawa inhabitant of a ward DAY".
~ Yokohama FC Players visit the ward office

Prior to "Kanagawa Kumin DAY" held at Nippatsu Mitsuzawa Stadium on Saturday, June 14, Yokohama FC players visited the Kanagawa Ward government office. We visited Shinichi Terada and Nasons, both of whom are midfielders. Terada says that the target player is Tomoyoshi Miura of the same team, and after practice, he often talks in the bath. Nasons is one of the promising young players in the future, including being invited to the Korea National Team of the FIFAU-20 World Cup Turkey last year.

In soccer, players compete fiercely with each other. At the end of the game, you will notice later that there are bruises around your body. At Nippatsu Mitsuzawa Stadium, the distance between the stand and the pitch is short, so you can feel the realism of the players compete violently. I think it's a spectacular ballpark for soccer fans. The two players strongly stated that they would be in good condition at "Kanagawa Kumin DAY" and revived the undefeated myth of Kumin DAY.

Yokohama FC and Kanagawa Ward Office have concluded an "ECO Partner Agreement." As part of ECO initiatives, we are introducing reuse cups and carbon offsets for drinks at ballparks.

In addition, "contact community cleaning" was carried out by student of Mitsuzawa Elementary School and local people performed "Mitsuzawa Seseragi Green Road" near the ballpark was carried out the other day (May 30). Okudera, the first Japanese professional soccer player, Okudera and mascot character Frimaru, also participate in this cleaning activity every year.

In addition, Yokohama FC has received a great deal of cooperation with the Kanagawa Ward government office, such as "election enlightenment activities" and "Operation to clean up Kanagawa manners in our town."

I think Yokohama FC is a strong awareness of Kanagawa Ward as a home town.

"Kanagawa inhabitant of a ward DAY" is invited free of charge for residents, attending school, and working in the city. Inhabitants of a ward, please support Yokohama FC at Nippatsu Mitsuzawa ballpark!
