About transference certificate
In New Address, please move in within 14 days from the day you start living.
When the transfer is canceled (cancellation cancellation)
Please come to the 204th window on the 2nd floor with your transference certificate and identity verification materials.
When the transfer certificate is lost (reissue of transfer certificate)
Please come to the 204th window on the 2nd floor with your identity verification materials.
When the scheduled transfer date or the new Address site is changed
You can use the transfer certificate as it is.
Please apply at the municipality of New Address.
When a person who has been notified of the transfer to Japan and submits a move-in notification
If you are moving out of the country, you will not be issued a transfer certificate.
If you return to Japan and submit a transfer notification, please bring the following documents to the window of the new municipal office.
- Passport (for all those who move in)
- Certificate of all matters of family register (individual) ※
- family register's tag ※
※All of them must be obtained at the municipal office of your permanent residence. It cannot be obtained outside of your home address.
(Transfer destination is in Yokohama, and your permanent domicile is in Yokohama City.)
