2019 Izumi Ward Human Rights Awareness Lecture

 We held human rights enlightenment lecture to give opportunity to have a wide range of people think about human rights for realization of "a society where each citizen respects human rights and live together" that Yokohama-shi aims at.

 The ever-increasing child abuse. What should we do to prevent miserable situations and monitor the healthy growth of children?
 The background of abuse is complicated, such as parental anxiety about parenting, economic disparities, and diminished human relationships.
 Along with reports from the field, we will introduce initiatives that can be done in the community and new activity examples.

Mr. Yuki Ishikawa
 Journalist. Covered on topics such as family and education issues, youth Internet use, and child abuse.
 Announced numerous topical works based on a wealth of interviews and on-site sensations.
 elementary school student, "Lepo's Whereabouts" reported on the actual situation of children left with poverty and abuse, and received a great response.
 In addition to publishing, he has been active in a wide range of activities, including TV appearances as an expert commentator and lectures all over the country.
