2019 "challenge between metabolic preventive 100⽇" held report
Which "the weight increased" held health promotion course in Izumi Ward for that which "blood sugar level, HbA1c are high by medical examination" felt, "I want opportunity to work on for meal and exercise". People of 20s-50s to aim at healthier days worked on meal and exercise at home for 100 days.

Izumi Ward Health and Welfare Center mother and the child health counselor's office (the first floor of the ward office)
[July] At the beginning of 100-day challenge, we measured body composition, blood pressure, bone healthy degree. With body composition meter, we can measure height, the weight, percent of body fat, quantity of muscle.
After having taken lecture, based on result of a measurement, we decide 100-day weight loss target, meal, approach of exercise.
We make aim sheet, and challenge finally begins!
[August] We actually cut down lunch and experience quantity and balance with optional course is "the eating habits balance up course to learn in lunch BOX". We tried deliciously.
[September] In optional course "anti-metabolic syndrome exercise course", we learned exercises that it was easy to adopt for everyday life to exercises lecturer.
[October] At the end of 100 days, we performed body measurement of formation again.
As a result, all the members succeed in weight loss or person of completion maintains. Weight loss of successful person was 1.3-2.8 kg.

"West decreased by 6 centimeters, and skirt which did not enter came to enter"
