2 Outline of subsidies for the creation of places to stay in the Isogo Ward area

Purpose

 We support the creation of a place to revitalize the area, such as multi-generational exchanges utilizing vacant houses, vacant stores, and vacant rooms of dwellings, support for raising children, and living support for elderly people.

Subsidized companies

 It is an organization that is organized by multiple people, including the ward (resident, working, attending school) and is working continuously, and must meet the following requirements.

  • The aim is to revitalize the region
  • Utilizing vacant houses, vacant stores, vacant rooms in houses, etc.
  • Regarding the use of vacant stores, obtain the consent of the shopping district
  • Troubles with neighbors can be resolved at their own risk.
  • About the making of place to stay of child, we can plan relations with protector, school, related organizations
  • Compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Projects subject to assistance

 Exchange business such as community salons that make use of unoccupied house, vacant store, vacant room of house in ward, business to activate area such as whereabouts business. In addition, about facility becoming place, it is necessary to conform to earthquake-resistant standard to establish in Motoichi, and that consent such as the making of place to stay and repair of facility is obtained from owner of facility. However, those that fall under the following are not eligible.
Non-targeted businesses

  • For-profit purposes or businesses that benefit only certain individuals or groups
  • Business aimed at political or religious activities
  • This project is subsidized by the Yokohama City or the Japan National Council of Social Welfare, or the Japan National Council of Social Welfare, Isogo Ward, Japan National Council of Social Welfare

Subsidized expenses and subsidy period

⑴When opening a new location and starting a business (up to 3 years)
 Oh, design, renovation, repair and other construction costs associated with renovation of facilities
 B. Expenses associated with the implementation of business activities
   Consumables, printing, communication and transportation, transportation, transportation, material costs, remuneration expenses, insurance premiums, usage fees and rent
   Equipment costs, food costs (within one-tenth of the amount recognized as subsidized expenses), fuel costs, commission fees, etc.
