I want to refund the commuter pass for a municipal bus

Fees vary depending on the type of commuter pass, the section used, the number of days elapsed, etc. Please contact the commuter pass sales office or Service Center. The basic calculation method is as follows.

Commuter pass fee-(220 yen x 2 times <round trip> x number days elapsed)-220 yen (fee)

※A public certificate and private seal (sign) are required to refund the commuter pass.
(Public certificate: license, insurance card, my number card, passport, etc.)
※A refund of 220 yen will be charged.
